Kerry & Heather – Red Rocks – Morrison, CO

What better gift to give your mother than pictures of you and your sister? I know my mom is always asking for pictures of Emily and I. Too bad I’m the photographer…but lucky for Heather and Kerry I am!:)I had a blast hanging out with this two gals! We braved some intense cold wind at Red Rocks on a winter day to capture these moments for their mother for Christmas! It was so fun to see how different they were from each other, yet how much fun they have together. Made me miss my sister a lot!

And a fun little fact, both of the girls are wearing adorable pins on their coats handed down from their grandmother! Love it!

My Dad – Parkersburg, WV

Being a photographer, I am beyond blessed to be able to photograph the people that are near and dear to me and capture them forever the way I see them and the way I will always remember them. A few weeks ago I visited my dad and had that opportunity to snap a few photos of him. My dad has been such an amazing support system for me and I have no idea where I would be without him! So thankful to have him in my life!

Christina & HK – engaged – Parkersburg, WV

Christina and HK were so much fun to hang out with, getting lost on our way to Fort Boreman, dodging cars and sneaking into the former Jungle Drive In. It was great to catch up! I have known Christina since high school, when she told a little fib to her parents that she was going to hang out at my house, but instead was going on her first date with HK. I didn’t even know this little white lie until Christina asked me to be her photographer, and we all laughed at the irony. Christina and HK met while working at the Regal Cinemas at the Grand Central Mall. So movies have always been a huge part of their relationship. It dawned on me one hour before their engagement session that we should sneak into the Jungle Drive In, and thanks to their flexibility, it was perfect! I am looking forward to their wedding next July!

Logan – Williamstown High School – Williamstown, WV

I had so much fun hanging out and catching up with the Mahaney’s a few weeks ago! I’ve known this family for several years now, so I was so excited when Logan’s mom, Jackie, asked me to do his senior pictures! Logan is an avid hunter so we wanted to incorporate his passion and even more special we took all of his photos at the family farm that his been in his family probably well before his great great grandmother’s time. It was quite the adventure driving “up the holler” and taking a tour of the farm, and hearing stories from Jackie about her childhood there. Logan is finishing up high school at Williamstown High School and has already sworn into the Air National Guard.
